The room was excellent for 3 adults and 1 toddler, comfortable and spacious. The location near Lucky Plaza made it convenient for shopping and dining. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the environment was clean and quiet. The hotel was also within walking distance to Orchard Road, and taxis were readily available. Highly recommended for families with children.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in a bustling shopping area. The location was perfect, surrounded by upscale stores and a discount galleria. I loved how it was in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city. The service was top-notch, with friendly and extremely helpful staff at the check-out counter. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a plus, and I appreciated the in-room air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

The only downside was that the staff at the reception desk could have been more trained for customer service, as there were a few issues during the check-in process. However, this didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

Conveniently close to hospital, quiet hotel, good lighting in room, mirrors everywhere, walking distance to shopping area.

The hotel's location was superb, as it was very close to Orchard Rd, shops, and dining. Transportation was also convenient, with a nearby train station and bus stop. The staff was very nice and helpful. Lastly, the room was clean and spacious with great facilities such as free Wi-Fi, complimentary bottled water, and an ironing board.

The room at York was incredibly spacious, exceeding my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find a proper work table and a bathroom with a bidet, unexpected in a standard room. The location was fantastic, with easy access to Orchard Road and Scotts Road. The cafe staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Orchard, Singapore for a few nights. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, even returning our forgotten Airpods to us in Denmark at no cost. The rooms were clean with a great layout, and the family room we stayed in was spacious. The hotel also had a nice pool and gym, and the location was convenient with easy access to Orchard Road and public transport. we felt we received good value for our money.

During my recent city trip, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Singapore. the spacious room provided a comfortable bed and honored all my requests for a high floor and away from the elevator. the hotel had a clean and quiet pool area with plenty of lounges. the location was also ideal, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. considering the current prices in the city, it offered excellent value for money.

My experience at the hotel was not without its downsides. the dated decor and the need for a refreshing renovation were quite apparent.
